His only joy is in being team captain of a group of professional Goblins & Gold Role Playing Gamers (seen in GOLD, Episode 4) with a reputation for ruthless gameplay. And when his team is removed from the pro rankings for alleged cheating, even that begins to crumble.

Needing a break from his life in Los Angeles, Jaz returns home to San Jose. While he's there, his high school Game Master arranges a night of Goblins & Gold for their old gaming group, something they haven't done together in over fifteen years. As the night progresses, the group has trouble reconciling the friends they once were with the people they've become and, in order to get through the night, Jaz and his fellow gamers must address unfinished (and sometimes unpleasant) business left to simmer for more than fifteen years.

CONTAGION

Combining existing footage from multiple shows and movies (with the aid of some CGI trickery) to form a completely new storyline. Dialogue has been remastered from all seasons of each show, picked up and spliced to form a completely new story. You have seen mash-up trailers before but this is different. All characters will retain their personalities and traits. Music and even the visual styles have been combined to form something new, from the visual style of Supernatural, to the ticking clock of 24 and locations and darkness of the X-files.

Characters will die. Events will change...and when all these characters begin to interact...the world will never be the same.

An emissary has appeared, claiming to know answers but, for some reason, he cannot relay his message directly - other forces are watching him and he knows he has to stay one step ahead of them in order to fulfil his mission. He has to rely on cryptic clues and the ingenuity of his audience in order to reveal a dreadful fate and a desperate cause.

BACKGROUND

Hello, my name is André Hedetoft and I'm a 26 years old movie director.

I was born 7 weeks early in an elevator and had to spend a lot of time in hospitals where I found my salvation in the geek culture.

A while ago I combined my love for the geek culture with my lifelong dream to make movies that I myself would like to see and made a promise:

"When I have 1000 fans I will tattoo in Geek Movie Director on myself and make a superhero-series that is going to spread all over the world, for free, on the Internet."

With that said and done, we created a short teaser to generate interest in the project...

I got my 1000 fans.

I got my tattoo.

Now, 2010, it's finally time for our superhero-webseries "Extraordinaries!" to come alive.

"EXTRAORDINARIES!"

"Extraordinaries!" is the story about a young orphan girl who shaken by the brutal event that put her little brother in coma records a message onto You Tube. An appeal, to regular people, just like you and me, to not passively stand by when injustices ravage but instead do something extraordinary....just as she intends to.

This first season will consist of 5 episodes, 4 minutes each, that will be released, for free, all over the world, on the Internet.

This is a mega low budget project. But low budget doesn't mean low quality. On the contrary low budget means that we are a team of insanely passionate geeks, putting in time and equipment to be able to bring the untouched story and vision we have imagined into life. Creating a grand production on the cheap.

Chris and Joe are roommates, both former military, trying to live normal, productive lives in this modern, Internet-dominated world… It’d be a lot easier though, if the city weren’t swarming with zombies.

On the plus side, it seems that somebody forgot to turn out the lights and, despite the city being ravaged by zombies, much of the infrastructure remains in tact. For the time being there are still utilities, electricity, gas and even Internet access available. But that doesn’t stop this whole thing from affecting the two in wildly different ways. Joe goes into full on survival mode–struggling to fight against the zombies and sometimes finding rather disturbing and unorthodox ways to survive. Chris however, has suffered some form of PTSD and is living his life as if nothing out of the ordinary has happened.

So, while Joe embarks on an endless quest of survival (so long as he doesn’t have to leave too many of the comforts of home behind), Chris continues to go to “work,” run errands, look for dates, make sure Joe pays the rent on time, and generally maintain his 9 to 5 existence - all without ever even noticing the zombies.

But things are not always as they seem and, as Chris and Joe encounter other survivors and gradually stumble onto the truth of what is happening to the city, survival may not be a matter of sanity but rather which one of them is crazier.

Buck Rogers In The 25th Century

Cawley Entertainment Company and Retro Film Studios, LLC announced today that they have secured the rights from the Dille Family Trust to create and distribute a whole new web series based on the “Generation One” Buck Rogers franchise.

Buck Rogers originally created in 1928 by Philip Francis Nowlan and then later serialized by John F Dille of the Dille Syndication Company has seen various incarnations of the character on television, movies, radio and in books. This will be the first live action series of Buck Rogers in nearly 30 years and the first web based series of the characters.

Executive Producer James Cawley will be bringing Buck back to his beginnings telling the story from the perspective of a 22 year old Buck Rogers who leaves World War One and is propelled into the 25th Century. “We will be using the technology we have today, to present The Original version of The First Sci-Fi Hero ever! Previous filmed incarnations never really captured the original Buck from the comic strips, which is what we aim to do” Franchise owner, writer and game designer, Flint Dille will be an Executive Producer and Consultant, and will be instrumental in keeping true to the Buck Rogers mythos. Charles Root & Gary Evans who have been instrumental in the success of “New Voyages” will also be serving as Co-Executive Producers for Retro Film studios.

Cawley says he plans to bring “every attention to detail and historical accuracy of the comics to the series”. Cawley best known for his Hugo nominated and massively popular web series New Voyages – Phase 2 based on Star Trek created by Gene Roddenberry has already begun casting for roles in the new series. “We’ve got our Buck and some other key characters and are in talks with actors who have serious science fiction credentials to join the show”

The confounding thing is that everything works – the power, Internet access, cell phones, even the plumbing; all the comforts of home are remarkably intact. And the kicker: friends, family, neighbors, and even the pizza guy can come and go as they please through the back door aka ‘the portal’ - just not Mike and Stuart. Each episode finds the apartment landing on an odd planet, often inhabited by slightly meddlesome creatures. “Neighborhood Watch at The Hollywood” incorporates an innovative storytelling device called "Forced Perspective." Forced perspective is essentially first person point of view, which is nothing new, however the difference is that the viewer is forced to see the entire story through a character's perspective. The powerful aspect of Forced Perspective is that the viewer doesn't get to see what they want to see or even what they are used to seeing. There is no hand holding. There are no zoom shots to direct your attention to where clues might be-you're going to have to find them yourself. In “Neighborhood Watch at The Hollywood” the viewer is immediately introduced to the control panel of The Hollywood's state of the art security system and it becomes evident that they are watching someone use it to monitor the tenants. The console is completely functional and the operator has access to not only security cam footage but also video from cams hidden in apartments as well as mobile cams. Only the security system's operator controls what is seen and when and discovering their identity is central to the plot.

SHORT SYNOPSIS
Thirty years ago, Jerrod Woolf had a vision. He saw himself growing older, building a pharmaceutical company that would one day create a drug that would save the world. Christopher Zinone is feeling depressed. A drug dealer who caters to a wealthy crowd, he trudges through his daily routine wondering "Is this all there is?" One night, on his way home from a deal, he finds a woman crying on the street. Drawn to her, he offers her his hand and promises to help her. The suspenseful new series uses several online mediums to create a fully immersive, multi-layered dramatic experience. Combining a narrative web series with short films, an online comic, and fictional video blogs, "The Black Dawn" spins a mysterious web that you will be able to interact with over the course of the show.

"The Black Dawn" centers around thirteen college students who have mysteriously survived a deadly plague that has fallen over Los Angeles. Banding together, these survivors must find out what has happened...and why. Each chapter of the suspense-filled series will reveal a new piece of the puzzle as you and our heroes discover the secret behind "The Black Dawn."

Over the next six months, WebSerials.com will release the series in 24 weekly installments. Alongside each week's new episode, you will be able to dig deeper by exploring surrounding video blogs, short films, and online comics that delve into different parts of the mystery. In all, "The Black Dawn" will consist of over 100 distinct components that all weave together to tell the epic story of these thirteen survivors.

"With all of this supplemental content, we're ultimately creating an online world for audiences to explore," explains executive producer Joshua Sikora, "We wanted to combine the interactivity of the web with the dramatic power of film—not in a gimmicky way, but in way that truly gives the audience the power to engage the story in their own way, at their own pace."

All of the supporting content is self-contained, so you don't need to have seen any of the show to jump into this expanded world. While it's all integrated into the central storyline, the supplemental content offers different kinds of stories and a different tone from the main web series. For instance, "The Adam & Ben Show" is a lighter series that explores the backstories of the main characters in the guise of a college video blog show. The online comic will expand the scope of the story, by exploring the Black Dawn from a whole new perspective.

From there Jason met Ames, a mysterious demon in human form, who gave Jason the power of a demon so he could fight to keep us safe.

For every good there is bad, and nobody is more evil than Mr. Philips, an evil businessman who has the world convinced he is a loving humanitarian researching a cure for cancer, when in fact he is determined to bring about the end of the world, using ancient rituals to allow evil demons to enter our world.

Jason isn't alone in his fight against Mr. Philips as hard working DCI Charles Sloan and rough cop DI Iain Mullan are determined to do whatever it takes to lock Mr. Philips away forever. However they soon find out there is more evil in this world who will try to destroy anything that stands in their way.

With no company in deep space other than a smart-ass, artificially-intelligent ship computer (PHAL), his wife declaring him legally dead so she can claim the millions in insurance, a Napoleonic producer whose hubris lands him and the show into Japanese mafia infested waters and a malfunctioning, prototype ship that was never meant to fly to Mars... Hilarity ensues.

My Roommate the Cylon (MRTC) is a fan-created comedy series based on the 2004-2009 Sci Fi series Battlestar Galactica.

Shot in the styles of both Battlestar Galactica and It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, MRTC is a "wild romp through the undiscovered, humorous underbelly of the wildly popular BSG."
